Pre-Order

Estimated shipping timelines are a guideline and may take less time. Customers will receive regular updates throughout the process via email. We take customer satisfaction seriously and will always communicate any changes to your order as soon as possible. We work hard to ensure every order is handled with care and delivered to the standard you expect from RÊVES.

International Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 5–12 business days. Please note that international shipments may take longer to be delivered due to the customs process in your country. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns. Items purchased will only be eligible for store credit. Exchanges are not guaranteed due to stock levels.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Orders

Once your order has been handed to the courier, it's in the care of the delivery service. If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it's been lost or stolen, please contact the courier first and email us with your order number. We'll help you look into it and support any claim with the courier.
